Have an estimate in PDF format but need it back in editable Xactimate (.ESX) format? We convert any Xactimate-generated PDF into a fully structured .ESX file ready to import directly into Xactimate, saving hours of manual re-entry.

Our process carefully rebuilds the estimate so line items, quantities, categories, and notes are organized exactly as they should be for efficient editing, supplementing, and carrier submission. This service is ideal for contractors, public adjusters, consultants, and mitigation companies who receive estimates as PDFs but need the working Xactimate file to revise scope, update pricing, or negotiate supplements.

The standard conversion includes reconstruction of the estimate structure and line items from the PDF. Floorplan/sketch recreation is not included, but we can rebuild the sketch and room layout in Xactimate for an additional charge if needed.
